  • IPS Annual medal-award
    During the Washington (1992) meeting it was decided to give an award from IPS to an individual, who has given an outstanding contribution to industrial pharmacy. These contributions can be made in the several work fields of industrial pharmacists: production, quality control and assurance, research and development, marketing and general management.
    The award presents a medal and is submitted at least every two years on the occasion of the annual FIP congress.
    This year, the medal has been awarded to Dr Ajaz Hussain. The medal will handed over during the FIP congress in Brasil 2006.
  • IPS poster award
    At the 1999 Barcelona Congress the Section introduced an award for the best industrial poster presented at FIP annual Congress.
  • IPS Podium Presentation Awards for Best Scientific Contribution and Best Curriculum Contribution.
